This place was just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Kolios, great for the money. I loved that the owner finally got a kettle for our room after we mentioned it, which made mornings so much easier. Bring some snacks because the kitchen setup is limited for cooking.

I found the kitchen under-equipped for cooking meals, lacking essential utensils like pans. The noise from the road made it hard to relax on the balcony. the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, which affected my comfort during the stay.

Our stay included a lovely week in a studio with a pool view, and we truly enjoyed it. The beach was just a short walk away, and every morning’s breakfast was quite a treat, offering a selection from pastries to fresh fruits. One downside was the limited power sockets, which were a bit inconvenient. it was an enjoyable experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The large, immaculately clean room featured the best double bed I’ve ever experienced in Greece, complemented by a spacious balcony with great views. the kitchen lacked essential items like pans and dinner plates, which made meal preparations challenging. The pool area was bright and inviting, but the limited supplies detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Just returned from 10 nights in a lovely studio with pool view. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. The pool area was great for relaxing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Angela and her family were really accommodating and made our stay feel special. Bus service was super convenient to explore nearby beaches! ☀️

Angela and her family were super friendly, made our stay feel special! Enjoyed breakfast with loads of yummy options, especially the Greek yogurt and honey, wow! The beach was a close walk, but the road traffic made it a bit tricky at times. Wish there were more power outlets in the room, though.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a large swimming pool to relax by after exploring nearby beaches and a lovely on-site restaurant that served a delicious breakfast every morning.

The rooms are spacious and have a fantastic view, especially from the balconies. The restaurant on-site, Esurio, serves incredible food and the atmosphere is inviting, making it a lovely place to unwind after a long day.

There were significant issues that detracted from the overall experience. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and road noise made it hard to enjoy the balcony. the plumbing left a lot to be desired. a sewer smell came from the toilet and the sink had drainage problems. Despite being a decent breakfast, cold coffee and hard fried eggs were a bit of a letdown. when it came to requests like pool towels, the response was less than accommodating, reminding us of its more modest status.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, staff helped return my forgotten jewellery, showcasing their caring attitude. I highly recommend it!

just came back from a lovely 14 days at marina. the hotel is super close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. the pool area was bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing. i particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. free wi-fi was a bonus too!
